Yes. You don't need a full trailer of junk to request service. We can provide estimates for single-item pickups as well as larger cleanouts.

Can I send pictures to get an estimate?

Trash Valet

What is apartment trash valet service?
Trash valet is a doorstep collection service for apartment communities. Residents place their properly bagged household trash in designated containers outside their doors, and our team collects it during the scheduled service window.
What nights do you provide trash valet?
Our standard service schedule is Sunday through Thursday. Seven-night service options may also be available for properties that need additional coverage.
The final schedule is established in each property's service agreement.
What time does trash valet collection begin?
Our standard collection window runs from 7:00 PM to midnight. Residents should have their trash ready before 7:00 PM, unless their property's posted instructions specify otherwise.
What are the resident trash guidelines?
Resident requirements are established for each community. Typical guidelines include properly tied household trash bags, designated containers, and limits on bag weight and quantity.
Loose trash, leaking bags, sharp objects, and oversized bulk items generally require separate handling.
Residents should follow their property's specific posted rules.
Do you collect bulk items during regular trash valet?
Regular trash valet is designed for bagged household waste. Furniture, mattresses, and other oversized items are handled separately through our bulk removal service.
Property managers can arrange bulk removal alongside their valet program.
How do you document completed trash valet service?
We use video documentation to support proof of service. We can also document resident violations with photos to help property management address compliance concerns.
What happens during severe weather or holidays?
Service may be suspended when conditions create safety concerns, such as severe storms, flooding, or other hazardous weather.
We also observe designated holidays. Property management receives service information so residents can be notified of schedule changes.

Do you clean apartment trash valet bins?
Yes. We offer cleaning for eligible kitchen-size apartment trash cans. Property managers can request a one-time cleaning or discuss recurring service for their community.
Do trash cans need to be empty before cleaning?
Please have cans emptied before their scheduled cleaning unless different arrangements have been confirmed.
